Boiler H EUFT HK 300 (300 kW) for thermo-oil radiator baking system is suitable for heating two VTR ovens and one VTT oven, as well as an additional VTR or VTT oven in the future. The operating principle of the Heuft heating boiler is simple: one or more baking ovens are supplied with energy from a centralized heating boiler located outside the bakery and adapted to the production needs. Positive effects: the noise level of the furnace is reduced, the costs of additional burners are reduced, and the boiler is protected from flour dust and steam. The result is reliability and a long service life. In addition, the excellent economic efficiency is due to the high thermal efficiency of all heat transfer fluids used, from crude oil to biomass. The heat transfer of thermal oil creates the ideal atmosphere for baking almost any product. Thermal oil is pumped by forced circulation through a thermal oil heat exchanger, a closed ring pipeline and connected to the consumer. The desired flow temperature is set using the HK regulator located on the oven. When the set temperature is reached, the control unit switches off the burner or the burner output is reduced in the case of stepless or two-stage control. If the flow temperature drops below the set value, the burner restarts or the power increases accordingly. In general, all our thermal oil ovens are calculated for thermal oil temperatures up to 300 °C.
