Equipment for applying of egg melange and glaze

Industrial equipment for automatic spraying of egg melange and other glaze products on bakery and confectionery products.

The equipment has the mesh conveyor on wheels and 1200 mm.

The conveyor frame consists of two 3 mm thick stainless steel side plates. Under the transport part, a funnel design is welded along the entire length to collect excess splashes.

A spray bridge is mounted on this frame, in which the spray nozzle is placed.

The transport of the product using a conveyor, which consists of 3 parts. Spraying occurs with an airless injector connected to a pumping system.

The injector can be switched to continuous or automatic spray mode.

In By automatic injection, the injector is controlled by a product detection device built into the rail. The pumping system is equipped with a stainless steel filter element.

The amount of product applied can be adjusted using the pump pressure, back pressure regulator and the injector used.

The control and monitoring unit is installed on one of the outer sides of the spray bridge.
