Equipment for applying the egg product with a moving bridge on which automatic nozzles are installed.

Designed for all types of trays with dimensions from 400x600 to 800x800 mm, for example, for trays 600x800 mm.

The equipment consists of a mobile stainless steel frame, consisting of a frame with a removable conical spray container, on which a baking dish can be placed.

This jet container can be easily removed from equipment for cleaning. An in-line air cylinder is installed at the rear of the machine with 6 automatic nozzles, 2 of which can be disabled using manual changeover valves.

These nozzles can be adjusted in height and mutual distance from each other.

They are connected to a 10 liter pressure vessel which is placed under the machine.

A filtration system is built into the pipeline to the nozzles to prevent clogging. The equipment has a control device with a switch, if a baking tray is installed in the machine, it is necessary to press the button, after which the nozzles move over the baking tray.

Here you can set whether the nozzles will only spray forward or forward and backward, so you can get a double layer of egg product. The travel speed can be adjusted using two air control valves.

The equipment has also a cleaning switch and a control box which are built into the machine frame. If desired, the equipment can be delivered with a different working height, but from 900 to 960 mm.
