LTI Proofing system

Automatic proofing system. Also possible is the so-called slow proofing when the dough pieces are frozen in order to separate the production process from the baking process for a day or two or a weekend. The equipment is in good condition. The kit includes: Two proofing cabinets, one control panel with an electrical cabinet, a cooling system with an external compressor. Delivery does not include refrigerant pipes.
