Automatic oil spraying machine, with a conveyor for transporting baking pans with a diameter of 210 and 165 mm.

- The base frame is mounted on wheels and consists of 2 side plates; thickness 3 mm. At the spraying site, a spray bridge will be installed, consisting of 2 side panels, between which there is a structure with an injection nozzle, adjustable in height.

- The working height of the conveyor can be agreed upon. It consists of a chain conveyor with two parallel transport chains.

The engine of the transport system is located on the drive shaft and is equipped with a protective cover. The chain tensioner is installed on the feed side of the transport conveyor in order to be able to adjust the tension of the transport chain. At the entrance to the transport system, guides for pans are placed, between which it is necessary to place a baking pan. Between the circuits, under the injection system, there is a shape detection device that controls the oil injection cycle. The position of the injection point is slightly adjustable. Product detection triggers an adjustable spray time - oil injection time.

- The nozzle used is a special low pressure pneumatic system with a special nozzle designed to inject oil into a baking pan.

- The amount of oil injected can be adjusted by the pressure on the high-pressure container, the nozzle needle opening, and the oil injection time.

- On the front, there is a control/switch box.

Machine control is analog.
